Human nose clips – it can be done! Or maybe not. Heh.
Thanks for a funny Friday! Swimmers rule. Although, I have been told this skill is also good for taking out the smelly trash and washing the shampoo out of your hair without soap getting in your nose.

That’s my niece, she’s 10 years old and apparantly the only one on her swim team (100 kids) that can do it! Not as easy as it looks 🙂

Haha! I should have taken a picture of myself trying to do it earlier. After reading your last post, I sat at my desk with a fishy face on, wondering if I was doing it or not. I can get my upper lip to touch my nose, but I don’t think it would suffice as a nose clip under water. Definitely going to test this out the next time I’m in a pool.

OMG I can totally do it!!! Ha ha! I had no idea!!!! You learn something new everyday… now if only I had access to a swimming pool so I could try it out… Guess the bathtub will have to do 🙂

I was a national level competitive swimmer for 11 years so I know how to do flip turns pretty well.. eventually you won’t even need to “plug” you nose. Your body will just be able to know when to inhale and when not to. With swimming everything comes with time and practice
