Last time I was at the physical therapist’s office, I spotted this book:

CIMG7762

I’ve always been curious about Kinesio Taping so I stopped by the office this afternoon and asked them to tape up my knees!

(I was at a stoplight).

Going on a 6 miler right now — will be back with my Kinesio Taping review later!

I will be interested to see your review of the kinesio taping. I just recently went thru knee surgery for patella subluxation (ouch), and still have the need to tape.
ps. I enjoy reading your blog.

Let us know how it goes, looks like it might be a better way of taping.

    Have a fun run!

I got so interested when I saw this! My daughter was injured at birth, and we are now using kinesio tape on her arm (she had nerve damage and now has trouble with supination). They let me try some on my arm before we began her therapy, and it is the neatest thing how much this tape can do. I think it has helped Steph also, so I LOVE IT! Let us know how it goes!

Kinesio Tape is freaking awesome!!! I have seen it used in the clinic for different purposes, and I don't think I have seen a patient yet who has not liked it. Hopefully it works well for you today!! I'm excited to hear how you like it. I love using it!

I look forward to hearing your review. I have chondromalacia patella in both knees but have yet to try taping.

I got this done all the time when I was in PT last month. I am doing much better now, not sure if that is why but it is worth a try!
