Return of the GREEN MONSTER!
I’ve been relying on Amazing Grass for my green smoothie fix, but real GMs are so much better. Amazing Grass is great in a pinch, though!
My GREEN MONSTER contained:
- 2 cups kale
- 1 cup unsweet almond breeze
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon flax
However, the GREEN MONSTER set my tummy off! I had so many rumbles after drinking it — the kale makes it pretty high in fiber, so I think my stomach was a little shocked!
The other half of my lunch was a hummus sammie:

I topped everything off with some cucumbers for added crunch.
My Friday is officially started — I have to go into my part-time shift for a few hours right now, but all in all, I’m considering it the weekend! Waaahooo!
My friend Stef (who was one of my bridesmaids) is coming to visit me this weekend. Stef’s on the left, and my other BFF Beck is on the right. Aren’t they just gorgeous girls?!
Her boyfriend Jack is coming too and we’re all double dating on Saturday!
