Mountain of Blueberries

in All Posts

I decided to skip my morning run for two reasons:

  • My knees are a little sore from last night’s speedwork session, which I anticipated.  They certainly aren’t as bad as they used to be, though!  Should be fine by this afternoon.
  • We had NO fruit in the house – grocery emergency!

So, I was at the grocery store around 6:45.  I love being the only person in the store!

I posted an Operation Beautiful note in the bathroom.

Yes, I am wearing my OB shirt again! Don’t worry, I washed it.  I just like wearing it a lot.  The back says, "You are truly beautiful!".  🙂

I came home and made a delicious breakfast!

Two whole wheat waffles with a MOUNTAIN of Oikos yogurt, blueberries, and crushed pecans.

Nom, nom, nommm!

I try to use my George Forman with removable plates but it never works that well for me!

I usually go to the grocery store around 9pm, where there are only five other people in the store.

    Your breakfast looks ROCKIN!

Last night my friend and I split a waffle sundae: 2 waffles, 1 scoop each of vanilla, strawberry, and chocolate ice cream, with walnuts. And maple syrup drizzed on top. Holy man, it was ridiculous.
