And lunch incorporated – what else – SPROUTS!

Sprouts + PB sounds unusual, but its really a very yummy combo!

With a carrots and some grapes on the side…

Back to work I go!

Has anyone ever gotten a mud bath?  I really want to get a massage + mud bath at Indian Spring Resort and Spa during our honeymoon.  They are running a winter special – 20% off!  (That’s a LOT)!

I’ve had a mud bath before – it’s so gross when you’re doing it, but you feel amaaaazing afterwards 🙂

  • Meg December 3, 2008, 11:06 am

Yeah for sprouts. Never had a mud bath…doesn’t intrigue me.

I haven’t done the mudd bath thing but my parents did it on a vacation they went on. I think they said it was very odd but that they felt good after it (like veggie girl said… ;))

I haven’t had lunch yet, and your food is making my tummy growl! Looks good!

I’ve never had a mud bath, but it sounds fun.

Wow! What inspired the sprout/pb combo? Interesting…

I’ve never had a mud bath, let us know how you like it if you go for it!

Oh my gosh, Caitlin, do the mud bath. I just looked at that link to the Indian Springs Resort and Spa and that sounds amazing. And that’s not as much as I thought it was going to be, especially with the discount! You can always trade an expensive dinner out with a romantic picnic somewhere unique and prob. save enough money for your mud bath!

wow very interesting thought on the sprouts, what kind of nutrional value are they? I’ve never thought much about using them.

  • chasedaylight December 3, 2008, 11:55 am

Caitlin I agree with Lindsey…the price is reasonable and totally worth it to try something new like that! I’ve never had one but I bet it’s great!

sprouts and pb? that is an interesting combo, but I’ve said it before, what DOESN’T taste amazing with peanut butter?!

I’d say go for the mud bath, I’ve never had one, but no doubt they make you feel fantastic. haha i love spas…

One of my friends got one and she said never again….! She hated it…I’m not sure why but she said it was just overall gross.

I dont know if I would do one or not.

Ooh, a mudbath sounds nice. If you’re curious, I think you should definitely try it! Caitlyn, there’s a really neat wedding web site you might like (especially since I’m a featured real wedding on it today! *grin*). The link is http://www.brendasweddingblog.com. Hope you like it! It’s got TONS of info.

Way to get in those sprouts, but I never would have thought to put them with peanut butter. Odd. :o)

  • sarah December 3, 2008, 5:17 pm

sprouts + pb IS unusual . . . but it looks good!

mud bath sounds interesting but i think i'd prefer other treatments. i've always wanted a facial but have never done one. definitely do a honeymoon massage or treatment of some kind though! i did a massage at my honeymoon (the masseuse came right to my b&b's private outdoor patio or 'lanai') and it was the best thing EVAAAAH.

Sprouts and PB? SO WEIRD CAITLIN! But I bet it’s good – PB is kinda universally good right?

  • Runeatrepeat December 3, 2008, 5:37 pm

I’m conflicted about the mud bath. I say go for it!

  • Mica December 3, 2008, 5:46 pm

Mmm…PB and sprouts does sound strangely appealing.

Do you eat special PB or just any old JIF-ish thing?

  • HangryPants December 3, 2008, 5:56 pm

I love the idea of sprouts w/ PB!

Never had a mud bath, but you should you for it.

  • magpie December 3, 2008, 6:49 pm

Sprouts with pb actually sounds great!

I’ve never had a mud bath… but I would LOVE one. Go for it!

  • Caitlin (see bride run) December 3, 2008, 7:24 pm

mica- i only eat organic PB. i have a serious phobia about trans fat (which is in JIF)!

  • strongandhealthy December 3, 2008, 8:15 pm

I would love a mud bath…actually any bath sounds good to me right now! haha!

I had that zbar today too!!

  • Sharney December 3, 2008, 8:15 pm

    Hi Caitlin,
Just a quick question for you- is it getting harder to find the chocolate chip flavor z-bars in your area? Chocolate chip is my favorite flavor and every time I go to buy them around here they only seem to have the peanut butter and chocolate brownie flavor. ARRRRGGGGGHHHHH!!!!! I finally found a box at Target yesterday, but the box was all crushed 🙁 I still bought it anyway because I felt like I had to jump at the chance 🙂

    Have a great night!

  • Caitlin (see bride run) December 3, 2008, 8:33 pm

sharon – no i never have trouble finding the chocolate chip z-bar! i’m sorry you do 🙁
