“Oh Dear! Oh Dear! I shall be too late!”
I’m having a total White Rabbit morning… rushing around like a crazy woman! I woke up a little later than intended and only managed to fit ina 3.75-mile run (instead of a 6.0) and a 5 minute parking lot bootcamp session.
Parking lot bootcamp consisted of: 3 sets of 12 walking lunges; 2 sets of 12 tricep dips again the hood of my car; 12 inclined pushups against the hood of the car; and 15 25 meter suicide dashes (ughhhh!).
Here are my statistics:
- Duration: 42 minutes
- Average Heart Rate: 164 bpm
- Maximum Heart Rate: 182 bpm
- Calories Burned: 351
I had a piece of WW toast with a small smidgen of PB, a coffee sweetened with Vanilla Stevia, and a big glass of water. I think the key with pre-run PB and toast is to not overdo it on the PB!
I’ve decided the best way to use Kashi Pilaf in breakfast foods is to combine with oatmeal. Today’s bowl consisted of:
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup Kashi Pilaf
- 1 large sliced banana
- 1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 6 pecans
