I feel much better; I just needed a day of R&R. I laid on the couch and did a small amount of work. For dinner, I made WW Angel Hair pasta, sauteed chicken, and pasta sauce. It was just the fulfilling meal I needed.


I try to always balance pasta with veggies…


I had a raw salad of spinach, broc, carrots, and green onion. Delicious!

Snacks

After lunch, I had a fresh peach. This batch was the best of the whole summer!

I felt all hot and sweaty mid-day, so I made a nice ice coffee with half and half. I’m starting to become addicted to the two coffees per day…. bad, Caitlin, bad!

Since lunch was so light, I needed two proper mid-day snacks. First, I had a small bowl of yogurt, 1/4 cup cereal, pecans, and raisins…

and I had a slice of WW bread with 1/2 tablespoon of PB. At least my appetite is back! šŸ™‚

Have a wonderful night. Tomorrow, I have a 6.0 mile run planned in the AM, 9 hours of work, and after work, I’m driving to the coast to see Future Husband’s family. Whew! I’m going to need to go to bed realllly early.
