I wish I could say I woke up feeling my best this morning, but instead, apparently I sleep-talked all night (a sure sign my stomach is bothering me) and woke up with a tummy ache. Probably due to my food + beverage choices last night… live and learn. Or try to. 🙂
Breakfast was stabilizing:
I had two eggs, two pieces of toast, and 1/2 an orange.
What’s what strange juice, you say?
Oh, wheatgrass. I had intentionally forgotten about you and your disgusting murkiness.
It doesn’t taste good, but nothing heals a sore tummy like wheatgrass, in my opinion. I mix mine with water.
Well, I’m off to help Ryan move her apartment. I feel like helping someone else move will be exposure therapy and get me warmed up to the idea. Right?
I’ve never had wheatgrass…what does is taste like? I’m assuming it’s some superfood right!!?
