Workout Gear

Remember when I wrote about my embarrassing back acne situation?  It was so bad that I described it as follows:

I have developed really, really bad back acne in between my shoulder blades.  I know… totally gross.  But it’s REALLY BAD.  We’re not talking about a few pimps; it looks like someone slapped at pepperoni pizza on my shoulders (did you lose your dinner yet?).

Well, I found a solution – the Moving Comfort Fiona bra!

IMG_1861

Because this bra doesn’t have a T-strap, but hooks in the back like a regular bra, the acne on my back has entirely disappeared.  Plus, this bra is amazing in general – its super supportive and no chafing.  I HIGHLY recommend it.  It comes in bra sizes (even a 32C) so it’s extra awesome.

Before my run, I slammed a glass of milk:

IMG_1862

And then I was off!

I did 4.0 easy miles without my Garmin because the battery died.  It was strange to run without my little GPS!  Here are my oven timer stats:

  • Duration: 40 minutes
  • Distance: 4.0 miles

I came home and tried my first breakfast cookie:

IMG_1865

Last night I mixed the following ingredients together and mashed it into a cookie shape:

  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • Less than 1/4 cup almond breeze
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tablespoon of almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon flax
  • sprinkle of brown sugar

I put it in the fridge over night and topped with raspberries this AM:

IMG_1867

I know the breakfast cookie is popular in the blog world, but I was not a fan at all.  I’m choking it down at this point.

Oh, before my shower, I rinsed my workout clothes in the sink:

IMG_1863

I re-wear shorts and some sports bras (only after short runs) and I’ve heard the salt in your sweat can damage your workout clothes.  So, I’m starting to rinse them in the sink after my runs.

Do you re-wear workout clothes?  Or is that totally disgusting?  🙂

    1) I totally re-wear workout clothes (and yes, when you asked about re-wearing socks I said I do that, too)
    2) The note in your post last night from the young bulimic girl was amazing. You're making a difference, Caitlin!

  • Paige@ Running Around Normal September 16, 2009, 5:18 am

I thought I didn't like Breakfast cookies at first either, but you have to use just a smidgen of milk, or else it's gross. Seriously just enough to dampen the oatmeal. That, and I don't like bananas in them! Weird, because I love nanners in oatmeal. I made one with pumpkin instead the other day and it was fab. It's on my blog from yesterday if you want to check it out!

Great news about the new bra btw 🙂

  • Jogger September 16, 2009, 5:22 am

I can't even try to re-wear workout clothes…I sweat too darn much! =)

  • liveloveeatandplay September 16, 2009, 5:23 am

I do try to rewear workout clothes if I can, just to prolong the life of my clothes.
The Fiona bra is the best sports bra I have ever found. I also highly recommend it!

  • Abby (Nibble, Nourish, Run) September 16, 2009, 5:24 am

Oh yes – definitely re-wear (thought it was just me!) – give them a rinse and they're just fine. If not I'd be doing laundry 24/7 ugh ugh ugh.

  • Bec September 16, 2009, 5:25 am

I re-wear too after short runs things that are whicking or quick dry seem fine.

  • Matt September 16, 2009, 5:26 am

Lol I rewear my running clothes a good 3-4 times before changing them. I don't see the point of trying to smell good if I am running by myself at 5 AM.

  • Meghann September 16, 2009, 5:28 am

The breakfast cookie doesn't need any milk. I think that's where you went wrong.

But of course I like cold oatmeal and can't stand the hot version so to each their own 🙂

  • RhodeyGirl September 16, 2009, 5:30 am

I only re-wear them when I am traveling, but they are really disgusting after even just two workouts… so that's how long they last before they go to the laundry bag during a trip. Actually, one thing that really grosses me out is my iPod holder strap since I wear it ALL the time but rarely wash it! It's nasty. (tmi?)

Also, maybe the breakfast cookie was too mushy and needed something crunchy? I have never tried one but I noticed you usually have more crunch to your oats.

  • Mrs. LC September 16, 2009, 5:32 am

Definitely re-wear workout clothes, especially shorts and sports bras (gross? meh.). I feel like I go through sports bras quicker/ the elasticity/ support wears out if I wash them after every single use.

  • Erica September 16, 2009, 5:34 am

Hey girl. Glad the bra is helping the back situation. I only re-wear workout gear when I'm traveling and can't pack lots of stuff.

  • Mandee Lei September 16, 2009, 5:36 am

I think the key to the breakfast cookie is having a little protein powder added in and a little milk. I typically use:
    1/3 c oats
    1 scoop choc. protein powder
1 tsp milk just enough to mix it
and a tsp unsweetened cocoa sometimes. Obviously you can mix in whatever you like but in my opinion it has to harden a little so you need a little bit of liquid but not too much and I think the protein powder helps it stay together.

  • vegetarianontherun September 16, 2009, 5:39 am

Haha re-wearing your workout gear IS totally disgusting. And guess who does it every time? This girl.
Whatevs, we are saving the environment by washing fewer loads of laundry!

  • Lizzy September 16, 2009, 5:40 am

i totally re-wear certain things. def not sick, as long as your washing regularly. lol!

  • megan September 16, 2009, 5:42 am

I definitely re-wear my workout clothes and my husband thinks it's disgusting.

And I didn't like the breakfast cookie either – weird texture. To me it just tasted like cold mushy oatmeal.

  • Tanya September 16, 2009, 5:42 am

I gotta say I only rewear socks (and I do that for like a week … or more). Sports bras – I get the el cheapo kind so I have a ton!

  • shawna September 16, 2009, 5:44 am

It depends on if I sweat a ton during my workout. If not, then I have no problem re-wearing. Less laundry!!!

I'm not a fan of the breakfast cookie, either. Maybe I need to try some of the suggestions in your comments. It was way too mushy for me, and I was definitely trying to choke it down.

  • leslie September 16, 2009, 5:45 am

i didn't like breakfast cookies either. 🙂 i think i missed the creaminess of a full bowl of oats. but trying something new is always fun!

i totally rewear workout clothes. i've also wondered if it's gross – but i still do it. at least i'm not alone!

also, i just read your post from last night – that email you received is incredible and so, so inspiring. i teared up reading it, but in a happy way. i'm so happy to see the power in operation beautiful continuing on!

  • Tyler September 16, 2009, 5:49 am

whoa wait…you can drink milk immediately before running? i tried that once as a teenager and i got sick and couldn't finish the run. lets just say "milk was a bad choice." i heard something about how you won't digest dairy while you are running and it will ferment in your stomach, but i guess everyone is different in what their stomach can handle!

i definitely re-wear running clothes all the time, especially when it gets colder outside and i don't sweat as much. but i mean, your going to start sweating again in a couple minutes anyway, so as long as they aren't that bad…

  • Susan September 16, 2009, 5:52 am

I've started rinsing my workout clothes too! I don't own very much, and I was getting scared that washing them 3 times a week was going to ruin them too quickly. Now I get two maaaaybe three wears out of everything (except socks). I always wash my bike shorts with soap after one wear though. Chamois' are breeding grounds for bacteria!

  • Emily @ Relishments September 16, 2009, 5:57 am

Yay for not being the only one!
I re-wear workout clothes…I don't have the time or money to constantly wash the few I have! Maybe I'll start rinsing them though…that's a good idea.

I really need a new sports bra too…maybe today will be the day!

  • Amy September 16, 2009, 6:02 am

I should totally start soaking my workout clothes.

After a while, the sweat smell dosn't come out of the wicking fabric. It comes out of the wash smelling pretty, but after you wear it for a little while it starts smelling again. Gross!

On the weekend, I actually tossed out 4 pairs of workout pants (including a pair of Lulus, gasp!) that were past their 'prime'.

I should note, that I do take great care of my workout clothes. I wash them all together, use a 'sports wash' and hang to dry.

I also wanted to let you know about another sports bra: The Shock Absorber. Its amazing, and has the same type of closure… Its awesome! If you google it, be aware, the site is a little graphic as it shows the motion of breasts while we're running! 🙂

  • Steph September 16, 2009, 6:02 am

I re-wear my workout clothes all the time. I always wear my sport bras and shorts a few times. I don't re-wear shirts though.

Too bad you didn't like the bfast cookie! I love to have them when I need a change from a bowl of oats

  • Amanda September 16, 2009, 6:04 am

I usually rewear shorts (have the Nike Tempo which dry out so quickly) and socks (because I only have 3 pairs of my really good running socks) and I figure those pieces of clothing are really far from my nose … gross, I know. Good idea on rinsing though – I might have to start doing that with my tops bc I feel like I'm always doing laundry of just workout clothes!!

  • Katie D. September 16, 2009, 6:05 am

I rewear workout clothes, I hang them to dry and wear again! I figure it will just get sweaty and stinky is about 5 minutes of running, so why bother 🙂

  • Catherine September 16, 2009, 6:06 am

hey caitlin! lauren strong sent me your blog a while back…and ive read it ever since! when i saw your backne situation, i was going to suggest the fiona bra!! they're all i ever wear. I love all your food/running tips on here…i've tried out a lot of them!

  • Anonymous September 16, 2009, 6:07 am

    I re-wear workout clothes twice.

  • Deva (Voracious Vorilee) September 16, 2009, 6:08 am

I may have to check out that sports bra it looks super comfy! I do rewear workout clothes, it's nice to hear that others do the same thing! I just try to wash them after 2 uses, or if they get really gross, and never send my workout stuff through the dryer. 🙂

  • Meg C. September 16, 2009, 6:10 am

i'm not really a cold oats fan either. plus when they're hot they take up more VOLUME which is what i'm often after.

congrats on no more bacne! wooo!! haha

  • Leianna September 16, 2009, 6:11 am

I rewear some clothes too. I need to check out that bra too, because I am a 32C and Ican't find that size anywhere in a store!

  • Barbara September 16, 2009, 6:18 am

So glad you found the right bra for your body, I still get boob cuts from long runs with my current bra. BLAH!

I rewear when I don't sweat much-like a walk or just light lifting.
I never rewear socks though…that gives me blisters:(

    B

  • emily September 16, 2009, 6:19 am

I workout in yoga pants and I def. rewear them once before washing! Never sports bras though, I feel like they need to tighten back up in the dryer before I can wear them again.

Also, in spite of loving every other "blog" food I've tasted, I think breakfast cookies look disgusting and I refuse to try them 🙂

  • Thinspired September 16, 2009, 6:27 am

I can never re-wear the shirts, but sometimes I can get away with rinsing my sports bra like you do and it's ok. Bottoms are usually easier to "recycle," so no, I do not think it's gross 😉
I couldn't get into the b-fast cookie, either. I can't get it to be the right texture 🙁

  • Allison September 16, 2009, 6:28 am

I'm so glad you re-wear stuff too! Otherwise I'd be doing wash like twice a week for workout clothes which is a waste of time, money, and water!

  • Lo September 16, 2009, 6:28 am

i totally rinse them in Woolite aftet runs because i hate stanky clothes LOL.

  • brandi September 16, 2009, 6:29 am

I re-wear some stuff (shorts/top) if it's a short run or not so hot that i'm super sweaty. I always have on new socks + sports bra, though.

that email you posted last night is amazing. What a cool thing that she saw that note.

sorry about the bfast cookie! I've tried a few mixes and found that I don't like adding milk (I use some applesauce) and I don't like bananas in mine either.

  • Samantha September 16, 2009, 6:32 am

I could not re-wear workout clothes. My bras smell so bad as it is I can hardly stand to wear them after I have washed them. I cannot get the smell out, no matter what I do!!

  • Anne Marie September 16, 2009, 6:33 am

I've never heard of the salt ruining the clothes-interesting!!

  • lilybeans September 16, 2009, 6:43 am

I totally re-wear workout clothes, but I didn't know about the salt/sweat issue. It does make sense though! Thanks for the tip 🙂

  • Michaela September 16, 2009, 6:43 am

For sure reuse workout clothes. I usually wear my sports bras and shorts at least twice before I wash them. I refuse to do laundry more than once every couple of weeks.

  • Danielle September 16, 2009, 6:44 am

Ha! I totally re-wear workout clothes! I just don't do laundry enough and I can't rationalize it when I'm only wearing the shirts and shorts for like an hour. Plus, unless I'm doing Bikram, I don't sweat. How's that for a nearly TMI answer 😉

Also, I read your post last night about the email you received… brought me to tears as well. It is absolutely, positively, incredible what a difference your Operation Beautiful has really made in the world. I can only imagine that you do and will receive stories like this as the weeks pass. You rock 🙂

  • Mellissa September 16, 2009, 6:45 am

I re-wear shorts or pants and occasional top but not sports bras. They just get too sweaty!

  • Runeatrepeat September 16, 2009, 6:48 am

I didn't like the breakfast cookie either! I thought I was the only one.

I can't usually re-wear workout clothes because I sweat like a manly beast, but if I do something light I will re-wear.

  • Shelly September 16, 2009, 6:49 am

I re-wear sports bras if I've only worn them for yoga/pilates/or weightlifting- they get too sweaty if I do cardio….and I definitely re-wear my shorts after short runs b/c they dry pretty quickly. They go straight into the washer after a long run though. Tops get way too sweaty to re-wear and I am afraid I'll blister if I re-wear my running socks. I don't think it's gross though. It's not like you're going to smell any different a couple miles into your run if you start with fresh shorts. Haha.

  • greensandjeans September 16, 2009, 6:56 am

You had me until you slammed a glass of milk before your fun. I had an Anchorman moment there.

I re-wear shorts if I have to, but never sports bras and shirts. Of course, lucky for me I work at a running/cycling store so I have about 5 billion pairs of running shorts!

  • lilveggiepatch September 16, 2009, 6:57 am

I usually get pretty sweaty, so I only re-wear clothing I've done light yoga in.

    Have a great day!

  • Meg September 16, 2009, 7:15 am

I definitely re-wear workout clothes! Especially if I do a short run, or just a half our on the elliptical or omething. Thanks for the tip to rinse them in water!

  • BethT September 16, 2009, 7:19 am

moving comfort are the only bras i wear!!!!

  • letsrunlaur September 16, 2009, 7:22 am

I can't afford NOT to rinse and re-wear! My sister frowns upon this habit (she rinses but won't re-wear — what's the point?!?), but
    1) I don't have the time or $$ to do laundry every week
    2) I don't have the $$ to buy and keep replacing 20-25 sports bras, pairs of shorts, etc — plus, that would be a lot of extra loads of laundry!
    3) I probably wouldn't be able to fit them all in my NYC apt!
I'm so glad I'm not alone in my disgustingness!

  • Kathleen September 16, 2009, 7:29 am

I re-wear workout clothes all the time (unless they were absolutely terrible and are unfit to be in public). It's great to know about the rinse, though! I'll have to try that!

  • skinnyrunner September 16, 2009, 7:32 am

yeah i rewear mine a time or two before washing them. not socks though.
ive never ran without my garmin before and dont want to try because im obsessed with it!

  • Karen September 16, 2009, 7:34 am

Wow we ran the same distance in the same amount of time this morning! =)

  • Jo September 16, 2009, 7:35 am

Bizarrely, I rewear my capri pants and sports bra once but never rewear my t-shirt or socks… my socks are always soaked!! Not quite sure why I think its ok. but it would just be too much washing otherwise.

That note from the Bulimic girl was lovely – its what operation beautiful is ALL about – and kudos to you for it.

  • thecontemplativerunner September 16, 2009, 7:42 am

I have a new habit of rinsing my running clothes after my shower and then throwing them in the washer(just for the spin cycle). This way, I get the salt and sweat off, but get a few wears out of every wash. I think washing them wears them out, so I like to get a few workouts out of every wash.

Also, I've been soaking my ipod arm band in soapy water way more often, because I've noticed it stinks!

  • seesaraheat September 16, 2009, 7:45 am

I don't rewear my workout clothes because I always sweat so much and they kinda stink, haha 😉

Thanks for the bra recommendation I really need to get some new ones!

  • SuperDots September 16, 2009, 7:47 am

I rinse and hang up to dry and re-wear-yes, absolutely! Mainly because I workout a lot and can't afford a ton of workout clothes. Tends to get pricey!

  • Sheri September 16, 2009, 7:49 am

Yes, I will rewear my workout cloths maybe twice. Plus it also depends on how much I sweat. If I am really sweaty then they go into the wash.

That is a great Operation Beautiful story…so touching.

  • April September 16, 2009, 7:57 am

Sorry to hear the breakfast cookie didn't work out, I've got my 1st try of one in the fridge niw but have yet to sample it.

I wish I didn't have to wash my workout clothes everytime but I sweat like a man so I can't practice water conservation with workout wear!

  • JE September 16, 2009, 8:06 am

    Absolutely re-wear!

  • Kate September 16, 2009, 8:08 am

I have occasionally re-worn a sports bra or pants if they didn't get too sweaty, but you're inspired me to go much longer between washings! Ha. I do notice that my workout clothes get worn out very quickly, so maybe that's why. Thank goodness for Old Navy, because they are so cheap!

  • Amanda (Two Boos Who Eat) September 16, 2009, 8:14 am

I rewear workout clothes if they aren't too sweaty. Rinsing them in the sink is a good idea!

Glad the new bra solved your problem, that's fantastic!

  • Life's Too Short to Eat Fat Free Cheese September 16, 2009, 8:16 am

I'll rewear shorts, but that's about it. My t-shirts are just too gross. Plus, I work out during the workday and don't have a locker so my damp towel goes into the bag with my clothes. They get pretty gross.

  • Stephanie September 16, 2009, 8:42 am

I rewear it if I don't sweat too much. But if it's wet to the touch then I wash it before rewearing it.

  • Morgan (lifeafterbagels) September 16, 2009, 8:45 am

Yes, I will re wear workout clothes. Especially after I do weights at the gym. I don't pair cardio and weights together, and I really don't work up a sweat doing weights. I know, tonnes of people say that I'm not working hard enough, but my muscles sure tell me otherwise!

  • Laura@FindingAHealthyBalance September 16, 2009, 8:46 am

Thank you for "note" about the bra, I am totally going to get one, I have always had a hard time finding good jogging bra's, esp. for my size 36-C! =) Laura

    http://findingahealthybalance.wordpress.com

  • Heather September 16, 2009, 8:48 am

I will re-wear workout clothes depending on how much I sweat – typically though I do not re-wear them.

  • Ali September 16, 2009, 8:51 am

It's a shame you didn't like the breakfast cookie! Oh well! I don't re-wear workout clothes, but don't think it is gross either!

  • Megan @ Megzz Wins At Life September 16, 2009, 8:54 am

Lets just say I am pretty well in doubt so for me it is impossible to find a great sports bra that supports me on runs.. I have tried EVERYTHING.. I did end up finding one amazing one and bought two. They now discontinued it.. so I am known to wear my sportsbra more than once 🙂

  • HealthySDLiving September 16, 2009, 8:56 am

Glad you solved your back problem!
I do re-wear workout clothes if they're re-wearable, not drenched in sweat and smelly!
And I definitely do when I'm traveling!

  • Julie September 16, 2009, 9:02 am

Hmm, thats interesting. I wonder if thats why the pits on my shirts turn white…? I re use sports bras only. I cant reuse socks or pants/shorts because they get SOOOO sweaty it's disgusting. With the bras it's not as bad because they dry quickly and aren't cotton.

  • Cara September 16, 2009, 9:07 am

    Hi Caitlin!

I just found your blog and totally love it!

A new blogger myself, I'm also trying to start running, so you're great motivation!

    Keep it up!

P.S. I totally re-wear workout clothes. Otherwise you're doing bucket loads of laundry!

  • Jo September 16, 2009, 9:07 am

I totally re-wear too, socks and all!!!

  • Anonymous September 16, 2009, 9:08 am

I rewear shorts and sports bras from shorter runs. In the winter I occasionally rewear some of my long sleeve running shirts because I don't have very many of those and I sweat less when it's cold. I can't rewear any shirts in the summer though! I always let as least one day go by between re-wearing things so they have the chance to air out.

  • Trainer T.s Fitness September 16, 2009, 9:13 am

    Caitlin,
I do re-wear if its not a cardio day.
Say like first wear is ST day then the next wear is cardio then laundry.

I have 2 pants & 2 tops(bluefish), 2 shorts (nike)and 1 skort (champion) all are non wicking but I bought my pants and tops from Bluefish Fitness wear at the fitness conventions. She is the best designer. The stuff she makes lasts forever its quality.

    Here is her link
    http://www.bluefishactivewear.com/shopbluefish.php

Socks, I change 2 times a week. But I am NOT a runner.

    Thanks your a GEM!

  • Sarah @ The Foodie Diaries September 16, 2009, 9:17 am

I def re-wear my workout clothes 😉 Especially after quickie workouts… However, with my newest ventures into Bikram, I cannot haha… I look like I walked through a monsoon after each class so I'm gonna have to suck it up and start doing a bit more laundry

  • angieinatlanta September 16, 2009, 9:20 am

Thanks for the honest opinion on the b-fast cookie! I was considering trying it but the sound of it just didn't appeal to me.

I always re-wear my bras but that's about it. I'm a sweaty girl!

  • Rachel September 16, 2009, 9:35 am

I definitely reuse them, and am glad to hear that other people do too. I feel like if I didn't do that sometimes for short runs/workouts, I would spend my entire life doing laundry!

  • Paige September 16, 2009, 9:50 am

I sweat too much to re-wear workout clothes (even for short runs). I can't even imagine it! You are hard core! 🙂

  • eatingtolivelovelaughtri September 16, 2009, 10:20 am

I'm sorry but re-wearing workout clothes of any kind is REALLY disgusting! It makes me cringe just thinking about it.

  • Jenna September 16, 2009, 10:21 am

omg i am so upset you didn't like the bfast cookie, i absolutely love it!!
i defs wear my gym close more than once sometimes, especially like bras and shorts but usually not tops, they are always so sweaty from working out 🙂
    jenna

  • Pam (Highway to Health) September 16, 2009, 10:22 am

I absolutely rewear workout clothes – mostly shorts.

I have seen that sports bra around and want to try it but it's so pricey!

  • Texan Couture September 16, 2009, 10:27 am

Thank you for posting about this bra, I developed back acne problems as well since I took up running in April. I can't wait to try this!

  • Jessica September 16, 2009, 11:04 am

That breakfast cookies looks gourmet! Yum! I will admit…I do re-wear workout clothes…yuck. 🙂

  • Taylor September 16, 2009, 11:07 am

Good idea to rinse them! I re-wear them after easy workouts too. I don't have enough to last me!! I'm sure that salt would cause damage. On older clothes, even after tons of washings, they still smell musty. Blech. Sorry about the breakfast cookie 🙁 Mine was good, but not as great as I was expecting. Too mushy.

And yay for the sports bra!! 😀

  • Katie Davis September 16, 2009, 11:50 am

I do occasionally(by occasionally I mean quite often) re-wear workout clothes, unless they are my clothes from spin which are usually too disgusting by the time I am through. This habit grosses my husband out to no end and I think it should gross me out, but doesn't haha.

  • Rose September 16, 2009, 11:51 am

Moving Comfort sports bras are the best!

  • nieves (feeding the body) September 16, 2009, 12:31 pm

Thanks for the hot tip re: bra sizing. I don't personally have a problem with T strap anything, but I sure do have a problem finding bras in a 32. It is such an issue! I know I'm not the only petite person in the world, so you'd think they'd be out there somewhere. Thanks!

When you find sports bras with adjustable shoulder straps, give a short girl a holler!

Why waste water? I sometimes rewear workout stuff up to 3 times.

Just a word of warning for those who re-wear their socks – I got a toenail fungus in college from re-wearing sweaty socks. Gross, I know. So be careful!

I am all for rewearing workout clothes…but if it feels even slightly damp, I wash!

I rewear stuff from shorter runs and other workouts. I have different sports bras for running/cardio and yoga. I'll wear the running ones twice, maybe three times before washing them, but the yoga ones I'll wear more than I should (especially considering I sometimes sweat more in yoga).
The breakfast cookie has never appealed to me either, although I think I understand why other bloggers love it.

I definitely re-wear. I re-wear my sports bras all week (maybe totally gross but whatever), I sometimes re-wear my shorts, but never tshirts (too sweaty!) or socks!

    i am totally disgusting! haha
PS. I'm not a fan of the breakfast cookie either 🙁

I don't like bananas in my breakfast cookies at all. The one time I made them with banana, I definitely had to choke it down.

I will definitely re-wear shorts, but usually I sweat so freakin much that my sports bras are too sweaty and that just icks me out a little

I'm not a fan of the cold overnight oats or cookies…something about yogurt and oats, it just tasted fermented to me. Bletch. I wish I like them though….

Also, I am totally a dirty girl too, I "air out" my workout clothes and wear them for a day or 2 after the first wearing. I'm actually considering wearing my running leggings which I have been wearing around the house all week (since it's been raining here-no runs for me) out on Friday and then again on Saturday to go bike riding….I think I am offically nasty. haha.

Lastly I saw someone asking about sports bras with adjustable straps. I have a few Champion bras from Target that have the spaghetti style straps that are adjustable.

OOooo thanks for the tip! I'll have to try rinsing out my shorts too.

i rewear only when i do not sweat much.. if i sweat a whole lot, i definitely wash.. cant stand it..socks..yes.. cos my feet don't sweat

I totally re-wear- if it wasn't a super crazy all-out sweat fest or if they smell. Hey, what's the worst that happens- I swear twice in the same clothes! 🙂

BTW I saw your video on knee strengthening exercises- thanks for that. Maggie totally cracked me up with that sloppy kiss!
