Exciting Healthy Living Summit News!

I swear I don’t have a stash of Healthy Living Summit Golden Tickets that I’m squirreling away.  They just keep popping up (people find out they can’t attend)!

Since the last Team in Training Silent Auction was sooo successful, I’ll be running another one THIS MONDAY!   Stay tuned for the official rules and details.  Remember all proceeds go to an excellent cause AND the winner gets to attend the BIGGEST BLOG EVENT of the year!  Woo hooo!

FYI, we’ll be putting the final agenda up later today.  It’s full of fun activities, special guest speakers, and great giveaways.  The Summit is going to be a blasty!

Yay, I can't wait to see the final summit agenda! I love having little tastes of things for a meal. For dinner a few nights ago I had warm baguette with butter and salted radishes (French-inspired) and zucchini and hummus. Yum!

That's great there's another ticket out there.

I'm hosting my sister's bridal shower that day, so I'm out. But otherwise I'd try to bid on something. 🙂

Ever since you wrote about how you couldn't decide what dress to wear, I've been stressing too!

Cucumbers are one of my favorite veggies (fruit? they have seeds..). I love to eat them with a little whipped creamcheese and tomatoe

    I'm with you.
Lunches and dinners with multiple components are so key for me. I always eat a yogurt as part of my lunch, but eat it last so it feels like dessert which helps my mind feel satisfied after i eat… sounds like i play mind games with myself haha

quick question – this has nothing to do with the post, but I know that you are so knowlegable of serving sizes. The Rotini pasta I bought said a serving size was 2 oz dry. Is that really only 1/4 cup dry? that seemed so tiny to me!

lovely lunch by the way 🙂

Yum! The roast red pepper soup looks delicious, I've never had that before.

Toast and hummus is my fav! I could eat it everyday for lunch. Sometimes I put hummus on an English muffin and have it for breakfast 🙂
