After the week from hell, this lady needs a BEER!
Even better… a Strongbow! It’s a delicious English cider that tastes just like spiked apple juice. 🙂
I was released from work early, so I’m currently chilling on the couch, drinking a Strongbow, and contemplating doing some stretches while I watch Man vs. Wild (Will Ferrell is the guest star).
My mid-afternoon munchies included:
A ginormous bowl of watermelon.
And two slices of mini-toast with PB (the mini-toasts are made by Nature’s Path and only have 50 calories each).
Dinner was something simple:
I broiled a wrap with pasta sauce and cheese to make a healthy "calzone."
Plus a simple salad with sprouts and carrots.
I really hate splitting my dinner up into basically two meals (a later afternoon snack and then a half dinner), but it works with my schedule.
I have a FULL day tomorrow but I’m just so excited because it’s my "easy" day:
- BIKE RIDE (wooo hoo!!!)
- Buy the Husband a bike!!! (double WOOO HOO)
- Interview with Self magazine about healthy living during the holidays
- Review my wedding album with the photographer
- Work a half day at my full-time job
