Lunch was eaten on the fly at work. I added 1/2 cup of chick peas to the taboule rice I created yesterday.

And I snacked on this Pro Bar throughout the morning and it was SO good!

So, this Pro Bar essentially served as two snacks for me. I ate it really slowly over 5 hours (before and after lunch). I loved the big, chewy chunks of cherry and pretzel — so great! I would definitely recommend this bar. 🙂
After coming home, I had a bowl of watermelon:
I was planning to go the gym, but I have sooo much work to do and I promised the Husband we could go to see Angels and Demons tonight. It’s his FAVORITE book (like Twilight is for me!) so its a pretty big deal that it’s coming out!
