Good morning! I feel a little better today, but just a little tired. Although that could be from waking up at 6 for work….
Breakfast was a nice pick-me-upper:
From the freezer, I unearthed two Hodsgon’s Mills Insta Bake waffles I had made earlier in the week and froze. After toasting them, I topped them with a smashed banana, almonds, and strawberries.
- 1 sliced banana
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- Dash of unsweet almond breeze
I heated it up in the microwave and then smushed it all together with a fork. Yum!
10 Minute Strength Training
I squeezed in a mini-session of strength training this morning, too!
- 30 push-ups
- 10 decline push-ups
- 50 bicycle crunches
- 20 reverse crunches
- 12 V-crunch with leg left, right side
- 12 V-crunch with leg lift, left side
I hope to make it to the gym later, too! 🙂 We’ll see.
I need to hydrate — I’m thirsty!
