I watched the LOST season finale! How insanely good was it? I love that show! As Entertainment Weekly put it, this finale was as epic in scope as season 4, as game changing as season 3, as explosive as season 2, and as frustrating as season 1! Are you a LOSTie, too?
I’m becoming more and efficient with sneaking in my cardio exercises. I was too pooped to go the gym tonight; plus, the Healthy Blogger Summit ladies had a big conference call tonight. So, I went for a 2.0 mile walk while we talked.

I was a little bit sweaty and totally satisfied by the end of my walk. Who knew you don’t have to kill yourself running 6.0 miles to feel GREAT?! 🙂 (I didn’t, not a few months ago!).

I made an Amy’s Kitchen Baked Ziti Bowl. It’s vegan, gluten-free, has no cholesterol, lactose free, kosher…. and so delicious! How amazing it that? How Amy’s can take something as fattening as ziti and make it healthy (and natural), I’ll never know!
Made from rice flour rather than the usual wheat flour, along with organic peas and completely dairy-free, soy-based mozzarella and ricotta cheeses, in Amy’s superb pasta sauce made from vine organic tomatoes, extra virgin olive oil and classic Italian herbs and spices. Plus — only 380 calories!
