Breakfast is BY FAR my favorite meal of the day.  Last night, I literally stared at the ceiling imagining this breakfast (not because I was hungry, just because I plan ahead). πŸ™‚

CIMG3611

I made English Muffin French Toast. That’s right, I dredged 1 and 1/2 English Muffins in egg batter and fried it up.  So delish!

CIMG3613

Gah!! So good.  Worth all the fantasizing.

And a bowl of Chobani and fruit, a la Meghann.

CIMG3616

Fruit included a banana and some grapes.

Non-Food Blogs

Obviously, I read a LOT of blogs (I probably read yours if you comment, I just don’t have an opportunity to do much commenting myself).   But in addition to the plethora of food blogs, I also read a lot of non-food blogs.

My favorite non-food blogs:

Yes, I read a blog about dachshunds.  I can’t help it.  I love them.

What are your favorite non-food blogs?

In the blog world people have been “french toasting” all sorts of foods I would have never thought of! Awesome, It does remind me of a guy who told me to make peanut butter and jelly french toast one time, though.

Other blogs, dooce.com, I like Leslie Goldman’s blog on body image, http://www.neversaydiet.com/leslie goldman, and The Great Fitness Experiment http://thegreatfitnessexperiment.blogspot.com too. Mostly food and body image blogs!
