Squeeeeeeeeeeal!  An Excalibur Dehydrator!

CIMG4287

THANK YOU, Excalibur!  I know these babies are the top of the line dehydrators, and I cannot wait to try it out!

It even came with a "dehydrator cookbook!"

CIMG4289

I flipped through the book and it is filled with great recipes, but I want recommendations from YOU!  Obviously, Gina’s macaroons are at the top of my list, but what else should I create?

Send me dehydrator recipes, please! 🙂

have you seen the episode of friends where chandler gets a new roommate who has a dehydrator and wants to put a water balloon in it? haha.. not suggesting that, though!

Wow that’s awesome! Can’t wait to see what you come up with. I think Gina has done some other cool stuff, as well, maybe some crackers?

One of my favorites are dried pears, they have a chewier texture than apples. I slice them thin with a mandoline slicer and dry them overnight. I have a bag of dried apple and pear slices and I always am digging for the pear pieces 🙂
