My mouth is so happy! 🙂

Around 1:30, I had this Eat Natural bar, all the way from England!

I like how it says there’s nothing dodgy in it.   It was yummy, but very different tasting — I could tell it wasn’t the typical American bar.

Plus a side of melon.

Around 3 PM, a handful of nuts.

And a pre-workout snack: whole wheat toast and PB.  No picture!

After work was over, I went on a speedy 5K.  I was suppose to do 5.0 miles but I really didn’t think I would make it the entire way.  My knees have been irritating me lately, and I think it’s because I need new knee sleeves.  Mine are looking a little ragged!

CIMG3455

Here are my run statistics:

  • Duration: 5K (26 minutes)
  • Calories Burned:  240 (estimate)

After my run, I slammed my favorite post-run snack: skim milk!  Plus, I wanted you guys to see how hot and sweaty I was… it’s like a million degrees in Florida now.

Ugh!

After drinking milk, I did Level 2 of the 30 Day Shred.  If you haven’t read my 30 Day Shred Review yet, check it out on this post! For the last shred day, I did Level 2 because its my favorite.

Then, our BFF Harry and I went out to get Thai food to celebrate his PROMOTION!! Yes, Harry got a nice cushy promotion.  I felt obligated to have some Singha beer to celebrate with him. 🙂

Frosty mugs rule!

We split spring rolls:

And I had Pa-naag Curry with Chicken.

CIMG3465

It was made with a coconut curry base and was a little sweet and a little spicy.  I ate 1/2 with a scoop of white rice. MMM… can’t wait for the leftovers!

OK – Time to get my booty to bed.  Goodnight!

I did Level 2 on my last day too since it was my favorite!

And I looked the opposite after my 5 miler yesterday! I wore my tights and long sleeve tech tee with my ear band and gloves. It was brisk and misty/snowy.

It’s so cute–I can always tell that you have British influences when you say things like “dodgy” and “brekkie” 🙂 BRIT LOVE!

    Hey guys,
None of you know me, but I’ve been a regular reader of Caitlin’s blog for a while now. If anyone’s interested in doing a swap – English goodies for American ones – let me know. I’ve love to try some of the American bars you all ate, because you can’t get them over here. And in return I can send you some Eat Natural bars (the cranberry, macademia and dark choc one is delish!) in return.
