I found myself back at Royal Thai tonight for dinner. Best Thai place in the world! My lunch held me over all the way to dinner — that rarely happens! I was impressed.
My friend Harry and I went. We both started the meals with my new favorite beer, Singha.
Beer always tastes better with a frosted mug!
We split spring rolls as an appetizer…
I ordered the Garlic Pepper Chicken, which I ate half of…
Plus some white rice and a little bit of Harry’s Pad Thai.
We’re meeting up with some friends to go bowling (at the circa-1970s place). YAY! And tomorrow… I think I’m going to skip my run to go fishing with everyone! I’ve NEVER caught anything so there’s always so much anticipation!
