Not the beer-drinking kind!


I was SOOOO thirsty this morning! Jillian Michaels’ is making me gulp water (and coffee) during my morning 30 Day Shred workouts.  Today’s workout went really well!

OK, onto breakfast….


I made a quick by delicious breakfast after my workout to fuel me through the morning!


Two pieces of PB toast with sliced banana.  The star ingredient was a little Chardonnay Caramel Sauce from Peju Vineyard.


I’m going to miss that caramel sauce when it’s all gone!  Best souvenir I bought on the honeymoon, by far.


Work time!  See you for lunch.


When weird computer stuff happens to you, can you figure out what’s going on?  I feel like a computer idiot most of the time!

    I always think I’m very computer-savvy, until something goes wrong. Then I FREAK OUT and need help. Haha.

    CARAMEL SAUCE!!! Ooooh. I’m a caramel fanatic 🙁

    I’m borderline technologically-challenged. I definitely freak out with stuff. My latest video post?? Yeah, that video took 18 FREAKING HOURS (Yes, eighteen) to upload!! I cried.

    I have the hardest time with computer stuff too! It’s funny, as I was reading your post and you mentioned the widget for the 30 day shred on the side, I was like, how did she do that? I wish I knew how to do stuff like that!!!

    I am glad to know that even people who I think have the computer/blogging thing figured out have problems also, and that it’s not just me 🙂

    abbie – hahah the “widget” is really just a picture with a hyperlink attached to the post. blogger sucks because you can’t make individual pages. luckily, i’ll learn some creative workarounds.

    I actually deleted the internet from my computer once. That’s how computer illiterate I am!!

    I am really thinking about getting the 30 day Shred. I think I’m sold on it.

    I just bought the Kirkland peanut butter last night. I am trying to wean my husband off Jiff, but so far he is not a fan of almond butters, so I figured we would give this one a try.

    are you also running while you do 30 day shred everyday? and are you eventually going to add the other levels onto your shredding workouts?

    The DVD arrived yesterday — one day after I ordered it!

    Need to pick up some 2 lb weights and a mat today. I brought my DVD player to my boyfriend’s but I need to set it up. I hope to begin on Saturday!

    I had the same reaction as someone else, when I saw 53 new posts I was like, “DANG! Did she get any sleep last night?!” 😉 That is pretty weird!

    my hubby’s job is with computers so most of the time im covered (and get free computers) but i did find a porn picture on my system once that i and hubby didnt download!

    I’m not good at computer stuff either. I usually ask my husband if he knows what’s happening, and if not, we find it somewhere else.

    That shred workout looks awesome. I may have to get that dvd! Your breakfast looks delicious as always. I love reading your blog! Your food always looks very tasty and I’m so proud of you for running in all those marathons! You inspire me to run even though I dread it haha. I have started my own blog finally.     Computers can be very annoying! Last year I was halfway done with my research paper and it got completely erased. UGH that was a NIGHTMARE!

    Are you doing the 1st level for awhile or are you switching it up? I haven’t done 3 yet. I’m scared!

    Mark has his master’s in computer science, so I just ask him. I guess that’s not great because it means I never take the time to figure stuff out.

    ooh caitlin, i forgot that i wanted to tell you about another amazing workout video. this one is jackie warner’s workout video. she has a show called workout on bravo. well its 3 20 minute workouts. one upper body, lower body, and core. its reallly really good! awesome strength routine and its nice breaking up the different sections!

    Thirsty is good! I hate weird computer stuff, esp. on my work computer because I always worry that it’s my own fault (ummm, for me, actually, maybe it is!). Hope you figure it out!

    I hate weird computer stuff…I get panicky when my computer doesn’t work. I have an awful HP tablet that’s been nothing but trouble…the wireless card is still broken.

    I wondered what happened this morning when I checked my reader before going to the bakery! It was odd!

    I’m horrible with computers. I want to transfer my blog to wordpress and eventually my own domain name but really just don’t understand it all!
