I worked a KILLER 11 and 1/2 hour shift. That’s a helluva shift for anyone, but staring at a computer screen and reading documents for that long is rough!
I snacked on hummus and carrots…
And an orange, but the camera ate my picture.
Since I worked SO long, I skipped my workout. I need to go to the grocery store for Blogger Bake Sale ingredients and other goodies.
Dinner was a quick and easy Dinner Omelette with a side of fruit.
My 2-egg omelette contained cheddar cheese, chopped up grilled chicken, and spinach.
