… By my 6 PM snack!
I mindlessly ate out of these two containers while browsing cake recipes online. I probably ate 2 servings, and all that fiber totally took away my appetite!
It kind of came back while I was baking a yellow cake cupcakes for my Dad’s birthday party, which is tomorrow! Happy Birthday, Dad!
The only thing I was craving was oatmeal. So I basically had breakfast for dinner and ate banana oatmeal (twice in one day!).
With almonds, strawberries, and coconut. I know I must be low on protein today… I definitely ate enough fruit and veggies, though.
I’ll provide the cupcake recipe tomorrow… I took a bite out of Husband’s sample and it was pretty delicious. But I’m avoiding these as part of Crap Free Week (which is way harder than anticipated!). Tomorrow is the "exception" day (Dad’s birthday AND Meghann’s), anyway!
