Ironic, no? This made me so happy! I was like, hell yes — forever may I run!
I made it to the gym tonight, too. My knees felt pretty decent. I did 30 minutes on the elliptical and burned approximately 150 calories.
Here are the afternoon’s eats. Part 2 of lunch was eaten around 1:30 PM — Chobani Vanilla yogurt and Fiber 1.
Skim milk and a Chocolate Chip Z-Bar.
Cookies and milk, the healthier version. 🙂
Dinner was divine, but a little unexpected!! I originally envisioned it with black beans and rice instead of red lentils and pinto beans, but we were out of black beans and rice takes too long.
I made warm, soft bean burritos! My 100-cal wrap was filled with 1/3 cup red lentils, 1/3 can pinto beans, and 1/4 cup Italian cheese mix. On the side I had some broc!
Plus…. a glass of vino! A Malbec from Argentina.
OK – bed time.
Edited to add: just ate some granola and yogurt — dinner was too tiny. :) NIGHT!
