Forever May I Run!

Evening, lovelies!  So, I was laying in bed and this song randomly came on Music TV:

you don’t deserve to get lost / soon will come the waves will stop / the still of the night / sitting amps in the half line / may your struggles all be won / ….  forever may you run / forever may you run / forever may you run


Ironic, no?  This made me so happy! I was like, hell yes — forever may I run!


I made it to the gym tonight, too.  My knees felt pretty decent.  I did 30 minutes on the elliptical and burned approximately 150 calories. 


Afternoon Eats


Here are the afternoon’s eats.  Part 2 of lunch was eaten around 1:30 PM — Chobani Vanilla yogurt and Fiber 1.


Skim milk and a Chocolate Chip Z-Bar.


Cookies and milk, the healthier version. 🙂


Dinner was divine, but a little unexpected!!  I originally envisioned it with black beans and rice instead of red lentils and pinto beans, but we were out of black beans and rice takes too long.



I made warm, soft bean burritos! My 100-cal wrap was filled with 1/3 cup red lentils, 1/3 can pinto beans, and 1/4 cup Italian cheese mix. On the side I had some broc!


Plus…. a glass of vino!  A Malbec from Argentina.


OK – bed time.




Edited to add:  just ate some granola and yogurt — dinner was too tiny. :)  NIGHT!

    Just curious, what do holistic doctors think of artificial sweetners? Would love to hear your hubby’s thoughts on this!

    I had to quit eating Fiber one because it caused me to have massive headaches! I think it was the aspartame in it that didn’t agree with my body.

    lori – ugh i know. i hate the fake sweeteners in fiber 1. i tried it because i felt like “mixing it up” from Grape Nuts. but i think its wayyy too sweet.

    i know artifical sweeteners really irritate some people, but i don’t find they bother me. i just try to avoid them because they should be eaten in moderation, or even never.
