Music Video, Round 2

in All Posts

Tonight was another "I’m in a music video" run.  When it’s dark outside and no one can see me on the sidewalk, man — I BUST A MOVE.  We’re talking jazz hands, pointing fingers, everything!

I did 5.4 miles in about 55 minutes.  It was very cold (well, in Florida terms) outside, and it wasn’t for the new Britney CD, I would’ve been in a FOUL MOOD! 🙂

By the way, YES — I am going to the Britney concert in March with Meghann! We are *uber* excited.

My HRM is still dead, but I’d estimate I burned about 432 calories (5.4 miles x 80 calories per mile).

Eats!

My first mid-afternoon snack was PB and celery

And raisins…

My second mid-afternoon snack was a bowl of Honey Bunches of Oats.  I’ve said it once, and I’ll say it again — eating these is like eating air! LOL!

Dinner was frozen ravioli. I bought this because it was whole wheat!  The ingredient list is a tad long, but the WW factor made me feel better about it . 🙂

I was also craving a salad, so pasta was a perfect compliment!

With some red pasta sauce and cheese

And tons of veggies – yum!

And a dessert (thank goodness I went on a run!).  A lovely Dove dark chocolate bar!

Have a GREAT night!

I’m glad Britney’s CD is living up to your expectations and helped you get through the cold run!

Also, I really love that you take pictures of your meals served up all nicely with cute dishes. I need to get some of those. 🙂

I just bought sprouts too; I forgot how much I like them!

Dark chocolate is the best. And it’s got antioxidants, so it’s practically a health food!

Hi. I’m usually just reading your blog everyday, but decided now would be a good time to comment. I’ve been reading your blog for quite some time now and I just love it, plus I love the fact you’re a Britney fan. I can’t wait for March as well, because at 8AM I was ordering pre-sale tickets and was at Walmart at midnight to be the first to get a copy of the CD. =p Anyway, I love your blog and just thought I’d finally comment.

I would LOVE to watch you on a music video run! (Funny enough, I’ve totally done the same myself!)

I ate a dark choc bar today, too- I justified it with all of the “antioxidants”!

  • Tammy (A Wedding Story) December 2, 2008, 9:41 pm

Yay Britney! I’m going in March, too! Driving over 2 hours to get there, and my hubby’s going with me. How AWESOME is her album?? Have fun!

If you get the honey bunches of oats again try the kind with almonds, maybe that’ll add some substance for ya. Congrats on getting your Britney tickets.

Try putting your raisins on your celery/PB next time and you’ll get “ants on a log”!

    Go jazz hands!! 🙂
