I read New Moon last night until MIDNIGHT, which let me tell you — is way, way past my bedtime.  I’m paying for it this AM.  But, I simply CANNOT put the Twilight series downMeghann and I are switching our normal Thursday dates to Wednesday so we can go see the movie TONIGHT.  I’m so excited!!

Breakfast had to be hearty and filling after an almost sleepless night!

I made a super nutty bowl of oatmeal that definitely hit the spot.

My oatmeal contained:

  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 sliced banana
  • Topping: Drizzle of maple syrup, 1 tbsp. chopped hazelnuts, 1 tbsp. pecans, and 1 tbsp. sliced almonds.

      In other news…

I have been given the GO AHEAD by the powers that be (AKA Future Husband) that I can officially introduce our HOLISTIC SUPPLEMENT ONLINE SUPER STORE to you guys!  I am pretty pumped to share this wonderful site with you.  When we conceived this idea, I had no idea that it would turn out so…. amazing, actually!

Our site contained 1,000s upon 1,000 of natural supplements that I know you guys would be interested in — organic protein powder, Stevia sweetener, glucosamine, calcium supplements, etc!

My in-laws run a holistic health care center in Florida.  People travel from all over the country to see my father-in-law for help with medical issues that Western medicine hasn’t been able to alleviate.  Our site offers the same high-quality products that he prescribes to patients, and you can even TALK to my father-in-law over the phone to describe your health issue and get one-on-one help (we offer blood, salvia, and other type of test kits to help more accurately diagnosis patients, if needed).

Anyway – that’s my introductory blurb.  I’m putting together a post that has links to the products I know you guys are most interested in.   I’ll post the website link and more tomorrow morning! Can’t wait!

Additionally, PLEASE make sure you check out this link on HangryPants and leave a comment. They are donating 5 cents per comment (one per person) to the Rhode Island Food Bank.  That’s pretty freaking awesome and it requires minimal effort on YOUR part!

      • Caitlin (see bride run) December 10, 2008, 7:36 am

jaime – its a nikon cool pix s1. its FIVE YEARS OLD. it only takes good photos in natural sunlight, which is why most of my breakfast photos are taken on my balcony. nighttime or indoor photos suck, but i think its because its so old. i registered for a new camera, i hope someone gets it for me 🙂

      • Meg December 10, 2008, 7:36 am

      • girlrunningaround December 10, 2008, 7:44 am

I can’t wait to hear more about your online store. It sounds great!

I’m afraid to pick up the Twighlight books, because I think I want want to put them down. Normally I steer clear of “fad” books. I did this with Harry Potter until my Aunt insisted that I read one. I read the whole series in just a few months (and then got Hubby hooked on them). I have a feeling that’s how Twighlight is going to be, and because I have so little free time right now I’m afraid to get started on them. 🙂

Thanks for mentioning the Food Drive! You’re awesome.

I can’t wait to read more about the supplement store. It sounds fantastic. I think you’re so lucky to be marrying in to a health minded family. Enjoy Twilight tonight!

Caitlin – I have been reading your blog for awhile and just love it! I am also getting married soon and glad to hear I am not the only one having stressful times. I have read the entire series of Twilight and LOVED, LOVED, LOVED them…went and saw the movie opening night (not the best idea because of all the teenagers…seriously were we really like that at 13? Anyway some great news I am now reading Midnight Sun – the first book in Edwards point of view…it is only on http://www.stepheniemeyer.com under the twilight series as a pdf, so I read it during my lunch, it is unfinished but needless to say I was thirsty for more…anyway enjoy the movie!

GO TWILIGHT! How did you like new moon? My friend who’s a hardcore edward fan hated it, since Edward isn’t really in it…
but I prefer Jacob. Eclipse is the best one.
