Hello! I thought I’d post a quickie run summary before our date night (we won’t get home until late).
After work, I went on a nice run. I was intending to do a 4.0 mile tempo run, but it was so DARK out I couldn’t see my watch to tell whether I was running fast or not.
Plus, Bobbi’s Pile on the Miles challenge was really motivating me tonight! So, I ended up doing 5.0 miles.

When I came home, I cleaned up and drank a protein smoothie….
It was THUMBS UP! I had 1 cup skim milk with 1 scoop Muscle Milk Light. 🙂
Today’s snacks included….. peanuts!
Two candy cane oreos…. Ahhhh! I need to get these oreos out of my house!
And Grape Nuts + skim milk.
Time to go get ready for our date! I think its time to put on a coat. Even Maggie was wearing a jacket all day long. 🙂
