The bones, joints, and supportive connective tissue are living tissues that remain in a constant state of renewal and restoration. We have many calcium supplements available, but this is my favorite. Calcium Lactate by Standard Process is very high quality. It also contains the proper balance of calcium and magnesium (5:1 ratio), which speeds absorption.
