It doesn’t get any easier than this. Mix, bake, and eat!
Ingredients (serves 2):
- 4 eggs
- 8 asparagus heads, chopped
- 1/2 cup chickpeas
- 2 oz (or about 1/2 cup) of shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tablespoon green pepper
- Mix everything together.
- Bake at 375 in a greased mini casserole dished for 45 minutes.
- Let stand for five minutes and enjoy!
