Other than the newspaper hoopla, I woke up a little bit earlier to do some work on our supplement website and partake in my Relax Week activity of the day (dying my hair a flirty red-brown). I’ve found that by actually declaring it a "Relax Week," I’ve actually been able to find the time to do fun things in the morning and it puts me in SUCH a good mood. Maybe I will declare the month of July "Relax Month"? 🙂
Breakfast was divine!
My oatmeal contained:
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 sliced banana
- Toppings: Flax, Blueberries, Blackberries, and Raw Cashews
It’s never to hot out for oatmeal! 🙂
10 Minute Strength Routine
I did the normal mini-workout this AM:
- 40 push-ups
- 10 decline push-ups
- 100 bicycle crunches
- 10 reverse crunches
- Physical Therapy stretch and strength moves
