There are not enough hours in my day! I have been working all afternoon on various small projects and now it’s nearly time for bed — where did the day go?
I snacked on granola and Oikos yogurt:
And dinner was a meal courtesy of the Farmers’ Market!
I marinated a portabella mushroom in Purple Haze Raspberry Wheat Beer and then grilled it on my George Foreman.
The shroom was topped with mustard, grilled red pepper, and grilled onion. I toasted a focaccia roll and melted some cheddar cheese on top.
Plus, Pop Chips…
And steamed asparagus…
Calling it a night. Have a great Sunday evening. Don’t forget that ENTOURAGE premiers tonight! We just called HBO to get the service turned back on so we can watch it. 🙂
