Oh no — I’m drogging (drunk blogging!). :) I had a really fun evening with my friend Neely and her friend Brittnay.
But before all that, I actually made it to the gym! And I got to wear my new knee sleeves, which were amazing!
Note to self: knee sleeves need to be replaced every 3 months, NOT every 6 months! These were so much tighter and I could actually feel them working!
I did a cardio session and then a quick strength training session.
- 9 minute mile on the treadmill (yay for running!)
- 11 minutes on the elliptical
- 30 push-ups
- 50 bicycle crunches
- 30 reverse crunches
Sweaty and fast!
After my workout, I ate a ginormous bowl of watermelon:
And I got ready for my ladies’ night out! Look – something BESIDES work clothes or gym clothes!
Taking self-portraits in the mirror totally makes me feel like a 12-year old on MySpace. 🙂
I ate a quick and stabilizing dinner before leaving for the bar:
I had a side salad and a boiled corn on the cob with a half a pizza bagel:
Amazing! I love whole wheat bagels.
Drinks with the girls was very fun. It was nice to see Neely again and meet her friend!

I forgot how FUN it is to go out for drinks. My schedule has been so hectic lately, and I definitely need to do this more often. I’m too young to stay in every weekend. 😉
