My mom and I headed downstairs for breakfast around 8:30 to take full advantage of Embassy’s free brekkie.
I loaded up on melon and honeydew, scrambled eggs, and a tiny scoop of hash browns.
Plus an English Muffin with cream cheese:
I ate most of it, but I’m not very impressed with this Embassy’s breakfast. The Embassy we stayed at during the wedding was much better. Still, it was free!
We came back to the suite and I popped in the 30 Day Shred. My mom watches The Biggest Loser so she was curious to see what it was all about.
I even convinced her to do a little of the Shred with me, but she gave up after the warm-up. 🙂
She could be a fitness model!

As you can see, I can’t squat very far down because of my crappy knees. It’s still a killer workout and I was all sorts of sweaty when I was done.
Time to hit the road! More sightseeing to do!
