Best Valentine’s Day song, ever!
You know you love it.
I’m glad I chose napping over working out this afternoon. Sometimes, it’s just more important to sleep. I only missed a cross training day. No biggie.
Before napping, I drank a glass of milk and ate some of a Kit Kat blondie. I had about 1/2 of what’s shown.
So, tonight we are going out with a few of our single friends for a Valentine’s Day bar crawl. We rarely go out to the clubs anymore (getting old and tired), but tonight seems like it will be a fun night!
I decided to carb-load for dinner. 🙂
I gave away one of those cheesy chicken open-faced sammies to the Husband — this was way too much food! I ate an orange + Fiber 1 and yogurt as well.
Here’s to hoping I feel motivated to run 11 miles tomorrow AM! Cheers!
