Real life meet-up time!
Before leaving for dinner, I first had to get through my workday. I resorted to two afternoon snacks… mostly because I was bored and munchy. Of course, I had yogurt and granola.
And I had a small bowl of Grape Nuts.
It was very good! I was impressed by the menu. You wouldn’t have been able to tell my meal was vegan at all!
I had pecan-encrusted eggplant, steamed veggies, and mashed potatoes with gravy. How do they make vegan gravy, anyway?
After dinner, we headed over to a fro-yo place called Cefiore.
I can’t believe 1 oz. of this stuff only has 25 calories (and it’s fat free!). I got the mini serving, which worked out to about 100 calories of lovely, delicious, creamy yogurt.
The topping options are awesome. I had blackberries, strawberries, and coconut.
This is what happens when three bloggers get together:
Good night! Time to get my race-face on before tomorrow’s 5K!
