As Promised

Presenting… dinner!  I missed cooking in my kitchen. 🙂

We had:

  • Tilapia, cooked in a wok with lemon juice, EVOO, and pepper
  • Brussel Sprouts, drizzled in pepper, chili powder, and maple syrup
  • Kashi Pilaf

The fish was divine.  You can never go run with a little lemon and pepper on tilapia.  It’s good-proof cooking.

We were aiming with a more sweet-roasted flavor with the brussel sprouts.  It worked!

And Kashi Pilaf is always yummy… and much more fun than brown rice.

I think I may have a little yogurt + granola for dessert.  :)  I missed my staple food so much.

🙂 Time to lay on the couch and watch Atonement.  I can tell it’s going to be a doozy already — I don’t think anyone has actually spoken for 10 minutes.

Yogurt + granola is my favvvvv… but I can’t find a granola I love, other than my Bear Naked chocolate stuff – which unfortunately doesn’t taste great with all flavors of yogurt.
