Where did my lunch go?

I figure it was only inevitable…  I accidentally deleted pictures of a meal before I posted them.  Beautiful pictures of my yummy lunch are missing, but it was pretty standard fare, so I’m sure you can visualize!


For lunch, I had:


  • 1.5 serving of baked tofu, rubbed in a marinade of honey, chili powder, basil, and pepper…. crunchy and delicious!
  • 2 large carrots
  • 1/4 raw green pepper
  • 1 plum tomato, sliced
  • 1/2 serving of Fage (I accidentally bought regular instead of 0% fat… one container has 80% of my daily saturated fat intake and 220 calories!! ECK!!)


I ate while talking on the phone to co-workers about a ridiculously complex project.  Good times. 🙂


Mid-Day Snacks


I enjoyed one of Jenna’s oatmeal bars, which she gave me last night at dinner.  OHMIGOD. To die for! Hers came out so much better than mine EVER DO!


And I had an apple with a tablespoon of PB… a childhood classic!


Back to work! See you this evening for a sweaty six miler! Yay for Thursday!
