Reason # 1,040,593 NOT to run at 5:00 PM in Florida in the middle of the summer: GNATS!
No, those are not little freckles. Those are bugs that died via my sweaty chest. EWWW! I went on my run before the sun had set and paid for it with little buggers ALL OVER ME! I had to squirt water from my bottle all over my face every mile or so. Needless to say, I jumped in the shower the moment I got home!
Future Husband wanted to go to the gym, so we drove together and then I ran 2.0 miles on the treadmill. When I got bored, I jumped off and ran home. Future Hus drove by me around mile 4.0 and HONKED and WOO HOO-ed. Very funny! In total, I did 5.0 miles. Here are my statistics:

Dinner – Key Lime Chicken
As I mentioned earlier, my neighbor brought me a bottle of Key Lime juice from Key West. I was sooo excited because I love Key Lime Pie (we even considered getting pie instead of a wedding cake)! This is the authentic stuff:
The bottle came with a little recipe book, and I decided to try Key Lime Chicken for tonight’s dinner. It was disgusting. It was TOO sour! I couldn’t even finish my plate! It sure looked and smelled nice, unfortunately–the taste just didn’t work! 🙂 I ate about 1/2 of the chicken and all the steamed green beans.
Luckily, I had a bunch of post-run snacks to keep me full, even though dinner was a bust. I had a juicy plum and a Muscle Milk Light smoothie while I cooked:
