Future Husband covered his ears while I squealed to DEATH in the car tonight.  I was sooo excited, I just had to let it all out! 🙂

Future Husband and I went for a quick 2.0 mile run before leaving to do LOADS of wedding errands (hey, something is better than nothing). 

This afternoon, we went to the golf course to do a final menu taste test.

We tried…

Salmon with a citrus glaze.

Grouper with lemon and capers…

And Sirloin Steak (which looks like poo poo).

We chose the salmon, which we will serve with a London Broil.  The fish was delish.  I had about 2 bites of each entree and a small roll.

After the tasting, we met with the photographer and wandered around the site for a little. 

Then we picked up my shiny, clean engagement ring from the jeweler.

By the time we got home at 7:30, I was STARVING and dived for a Coconut Oatmeal cookie.  It was so quick that I didn’t even get a picture of it!  But I did pause long enough to photograph….

And dinner was just a salad and grilled cheese.

Off to bed for me! I have a full day planned for tomorrow and I’m looking forward to it! 🙂
