The great debate continues… Future Husband just called me to tell me he is STILL torn about what our 1st dance song should be. We’ve been talking about this for months, but can’t make up our minds.
Here are the two finalists:
Jason Mraz and Colbie Caillat "Lucky": A beautiful song we both like, but it doesn’t really mean much to us. Neither Future Hus or I feel like the song has to already mean something, because once we dance to it at the wedding, it will be super special from then on. I think this would be easier to dance to!
Snow Patrol "Chasing Cars": This is "our song" (well, one of two). It really reminds us of… well… us! We took a trip to DC together for our 3 year anniversary and saw them perform. I like this actual song more, but is it dance-able??
Thoughts?? We’d appreciate some input!
What did you end up with? Remind me to tell you about Jason Mraz sometime. I’ve been following him since his Toca days in 2002… :o)
