If you have not had the sweet potato and baked bean combo yet, you are not living. It literally takes 7 minutes to prepare and tastes great.
- Wash sweet potato.
- Stab with fork.
- Wrap in wet paper towel.
- Microwave for 5 – 6 minutes.
- Remove from microwave, slice open.
- Put canned baked beans (I like Bush’s vegetarian) in microwave-safe bowl and heat for 1 minute.
- Pour over sweet potato.
- Chow down.
