Yesterday’s Snacks and Dinner

 

Since I skipped posting my meals from yesterday evening, here they are:

 

My first mid-afternoon snack was 1/2 an apple with some PB.

Next up was some Fiber 1 cereal and raisins.

For dinner, I had a LOT of fresh fruit and veggies! I was so excited to have fresh produce in the house. 🙂

Two WW mini pitas (total calories = 140) with chicken deli meat and a little melted cheese.

Plus a side of strawberries, blueberries, and a spinach salad.

 

Breakfast

 

For today’s breakfast, I had Blueberry and Granola Banana Oatmeal.

The blueberries were so firm and sweet.  Yay for in-season fruits!

    rose – basically, mon through thursday sucks, but the weekends rule and kind of make up for the torture. but i do feel like i have no life on the weekdays. 🙁
