i began running at the end of my senior year of college. four years of frat parties, late night cram sessions, and lots of $5 pizza later, I was 10 lbs overweight, constantly tired, and my skin looked terrible. i ditched the yo yo diets, laced up my running shoes, and haven’t looked back.
my FH (future husband) and i enjoy a pretty healthy lifestyle. we’ve evolved so much over the last 4 years, we even eat our vegetables without being told! we love to make healthy, whole food and experience in the kitchen a lot.
i’ve done a 10k, a 15k, and a lame attempt at a sprint triathlon, and my next race is on August 2 – it’s a 10k. i run about 4 – 5 days a week and do another form of exercise, like bike or spin, another 1 – 2 days a week.
