I'm 28 years old. I'm a runner, triathlete, and a Girls on the Run coach. My husband Kristien and I just had our first baby, a boy named Henry, on June 12, 2012. I believe in a holistic approach to health. I make simple recipes using ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen. I'm the editor of the Operation Beautiful site.
