I was browsing my Pinterest boards and checkin’ out a few of my favorite workouts.  I’m currently in “waddle” or “cleaning counts as cardio” mode, but it’s nice to have a collection of home, gym, and pool-friendly workouts to tackle when I’m ready to turn it up a notch or so.  Here are a few of my favorite creations!  Happy Pinning.

    All of these look SO great! I was totally on board for the first one…until I saw the 20 burpees, hah! Maybe I’ll get up the courage sooner rather than later. 🙂 I really love all the track / boredom busting cardio workouts too! I just moved to Vancouver, and haven’t quite adjusted to running in the rain, so I’ve been on the treadmill a lot – SO. MIND. NUMBING. I wouldn’t be surprised if they all end up in my rotation! Thanks so much for sharing. 🙂
