I woke up in the middle of the night and just knew it was about to happen. And then I moved my legs and it did. My water broke, very dramatically – just like the movies. A few hours later, early labor began. So – June 12. Sounds like a good day to have a baby, right? Let’s hope it actually happens on June 12 and doesn’t stretch out to the 13th!
Thank you in advance for your well wishes. The support from everyone throughout this experience has been so wonderful; it really does mean a lot to both Kristien and me. <3
I will try to update this post (or Twitter) after the baby comes, but as you can imagine, we’ll have our hands full. I can’t wait to meet our baby (and find out if our baby is a girl or boy!!!!).

My baby was two weeks early and hubby had been drinking so we had to get a cab to the hospital – the drivers face was a picture when I laid a large refuse sack on the seat before sitting down
