Sunday Morning Reading Material

in All Posts

Good morning!  I woke up at 6:15 so I could start working  — I feel like I have so much to do (um, like write a 200 page book in 2.5 months?!) and not enough time.  Early mornings are key!

I’m going on a speedwork run, but until I get back….

Operation Beautiful was recently featured in CLEO magazine, a women’s mag in Australia!

Congratulations on the growing Operation Beautiful movement!! I was wondering what kind of promotion was involved to get so much buy-in so fast! Was there some steps you actively took to get the word out, or was it really based on word-of-mouth?

Whatever it is, keep doing it!! Congratulations!

Hello from Australia! I discovered Operation Beautiful through my copy of Cleo magazine which resulted in finding your blog. I've been reading for a week now and just wanted to let you know how much you inspire me. Yesterday, I started up my own health and fitness blog and I'm starting a couch to 5km plan today. I've always wanted to be a runner (and a blogger) but it always seemed like to much of a mountain to climb. You've taught me that every little bit counts. Thanks Caitlin! Keep up the good work. Operation Beautiful is a truly fantastic idea.
