Triathlon Relay Tee’s

Ryan and Megan got together this afternoon and made us all Triathlon Relay Tee’sI can’t wait to wear them during the race on Sunday (I’m doing the run portion).  You’ll have to come back and check them out on Sunday (I hear they are top secret)!

Other than that, it was just another rainy afternoon in Central Florida:

My afternoon eats included a bowl of granola:

And crackers and cheese:

Those snacks really filled me up, so I wasn’t too hungry for dinner.  I slammed 1/2 a PB sammie on the way to night shift:

And ate a banana while I was there.

And I’m gulping down a shot of wheatgrass as I type!

Sorry to keep it short, but I have a VERY early wake-up call because I’m going for a bike ride with Megan and a reader named Gina in the morning. I’m pretty pumped to exercise — it’s been three long days!  I normally don’t go more than two, so I’m dying for a sweat session!

Sweet dreams.

Even though you ate all of that on the go today, I'd personally like to pause and note:

    1) granola & milk = delicious
    2) cheese & crackers = where's the wine
    3) pb&j will always have a place in my tum. excellent choice.
    4) joking about #2 ;)

    Enjoy your bike ride tomorrow!

I miss working out too when I go a few days w/o it, but I hope you are not beating yourself up over it – you work a TON of hours and still manage to run two very successful blogs!!! I think that's pretty amazing :)

Take care of yourself! I know you're super busy with two jobs and other activities, but remember to slow down and take a breather – it's good for you!

Hope you get some sleep tonight and have a fabulous run with Meghann!

Hope you got some decent sleep! I love that you eat small meals/snacks throughout the afternoon and evening…I know its because you are busy, but so many times I eat a large meal for dinner because I think I have to when I should just listen to my body! :)
