I do agree with all the ideas you’ve presented in your post. They are really convincing and will definitely work. Still, the posts are very short for starters. Could you please extend them a little from next time? Thanks for the post.

I saw this AFTER what I did today. Before I returned my books about anorexia to the library, I put a sticky note in each one. They said “Smile, you’re beautiful!”
I know only girls with anorexia really read those. After all, I did check them out.

I left my first two notes today, at a university restroom, one at the mirror and one in a stall. It gave me a big grin although I had a terrible day! I wanted to do this for a while (since I started reading sixbillionsecrets and gmh)and always forgot it. Not today I hope someone read it and grinned as well.

I do something similar to this and I absolutely love your idea!!! When I’m in the car by myself and I’m just driving down the road and see someone else driving alone, I wave and smile. People light up and smile back. Sometimes a smile from a stranger can change a life. I started doing this because one day I had an awful day but needed to go to the mall last minute. I was walking in the mall and a random girl i had never seen before gave me the cheesiest smile I had ever seen and then gave me a high five as she walked by.

Just saw The Today Show and was moved by the positive, beautiful, and much needed inspiration that Caitlin is spreading. I admit it also brought tears to my eyes to think of all the years I have wasted being uncomfortable w/ myself , instead of celebrating all that is good! I’m still learning in my mid 30′s to be nice to myself – and Miss Caitlyn , you showed up on a good day to remind me. Count me in – I will also spread the word about your book! Thank you for your brightness!
