Another crazy work day in the world of Caitlin!
Mid-afternoon snacks included a crushed TLC bar and yogurt.
Plus grapes:
And for dinner, I ate a Pro Bar… yes, a bar as a meal.
I ate this around 6:30 while working. It held me over for about 2.5 hours, so not as much as a "real" meal worth 400 calories worth of. The Maple Pecan flavor was really great, but I think I liked the Cherry Pretzel more.
By the time I got home at 10:00 PM, I was STARVING!
I ate a glob of Sabra hummus with a few sliced of cucumber.
I’m bushwacked! I’m heading to bed. YAWN!

hahah…bushwacked..
have a good night gilfriend!
Yummy eats! I have *still* yet to try that TLC/yogurt combo…but soon! Each time it looks so good. And I just had some hummus with veggies…tasty.
Enjoy sleep!

Heyy congrats on getting through your longg workday! I was just wondering how you manage to squeeze in workouts when you have to work so often!? I’m going to be working ridiculous hours this summer and I’m soo worried that I won’t have time to get to the gym :/
Crunchy veggies go so good with hummus!
Sweet dreams my dear!
That IS my hummus of choice forever.
Where do you find ProBars? I’ve never seen them anywhere!
Have a good night, Caitlin!
WHERE did you find that sabra hummus!?!! Ahh these flavors all sound so good, but I can only find the (still amazing) roasted garlic!
healthy on the run – well mon – thursday i work from 7 AM to 5:30 PM at my full time job and then 6:30 PM to 10:00 PM at my other job. i don’t have time (or energy) to go to the gym mon – thursday usually unless something strange happens (like i have the evening off). i do a strength training program in the morning (just 10 minutes) but you could do a longer at home video like the 30 day shred for 20 minutes. i’ve basically a weekend warrior now — i’m squeezing as much exercise as i can into three days. its not ideal but you do what you have to do!
sarah – the probars are samples… i bet you could get them to send you a few!
jess – its from coscto!
dried tomato sabra?! luckyyy. we dont have that anywhere…
ive never tried a probar, but the people who make them are from my town. i see them everywhere, maybe i will give one a try!
