It’s been a nice Sunday… lot of laying around, reading, and working on the holistic website.

I had a sweet snack around 2PM.

CIMG3355

I started with 1/2 a Cadbury’s Caramel Egg and a glass of milk, but I ate the other half about an hour later.

And a plum and melon.

CIMG3356

The Husband and I met up with my aunt, uncle, dad, and grandpa at Maggiano’s, an Italian restaurant.

My aunt ordered fried zucchini for us all to share.  I had 1 and 1/2 piece.

CIMG3358

And I ordered the Lobster Ravioli.  The Husband ordered Chicken Marsala, and we split our portions.

CIMG3359

I also ate 1 other ravioli.  It was DELISH — big chunks of seafood.

My dad ordered creme brulee… since it was the size of my HEAD, I decided to help him out with his dessert.

I ate about 5 bites plus the strawberries.

Dinner with the family was fun and relaxing…. I love Italian food; I don’t eat Italian nearly enough!

Time to gear up for another week.  Goodnight!

I can’t believe that you are able to eat only half a Cadbury egg! What self-restraint! You’re my hero, seriously.

Maggiano’s always makes me nostalgic – it was the first place my bf and I went on a date!

dinner looks yummy! I was going to comment on how impossible it would be for me to eat 1/2 a Cadbury egg!

  • jesslikesithot March 29, 2009, 7:30 pm

We had similar lunches! Burgers taste so good with just slices of toast, no bun needed!

  • jesslikesithot March 29, 2009, 7:31 pm

oh man – maggianos! Our family goes and does the family style. we basically dont eat all day to save up…it reminds me we havent been since I started my blog – need to get back!

  • Tina March 30, 2009, 10:19 am

I’m always comparing the size of things to my head, and my BF always comments that I am ridiculous for doing so. So, it really made my day when you mentioned that the creme brulee was bigger than your head!

  • Eatingrd March 30, 2009, 11:43 am

I love love Italian! Maggianos is so good because their portions are so big and you can share one plate which is much cheaper 🙂
