		<description>Is the 30 day shred designed to do it everyday? I always thought that you were not suppose to do weights everyday if you are working the same muscle groups. I normally workout 4 to 5 times a weeek.Should i do this alone or with other cardio?</description>

		<description>2 pounds over 14 days is a healthy amount of weight loss :) trust me - slow and steady wins the race! you can also up the amount of cardio you&#039;re doing by going on a long walk or slow jog afterwards!</description>
